The weird thing is that I was clicking around, following links, and there was one with links like the Cato Institute. Um, libertarian social worker? There isn't even a joke there...

It happens. I consider myself a social libertarian for sure.
I'm not quite sure what you mean by "social libertarian." I assume like "in favor of personal liberties," which is ostensibly a libertarian thing but...seems to occupy a pretty small corner of party ideology, and also not be at all unique to libertarianism.
